Frisco's Best Dinner Restaurants

As a longtime local and self proclaimed “foodie” I wanted to share some tips with you on where to find the best food that goes along with the restaurant experience you’re looking for right here in Frisco, Colorado! Frisco may be a small town, but it is has a ton of restaurants that are sure to please any palette or special diet.

Best for Date Night

Bagalis - 320 East Main Street, Frisco

This chef owned and operated business has been a favorite of mine since it opened its doors over 10 years ago. Located in an adorable brick building on the corner of 4th and Main, Bagalis offers an internationally inspired menu. Everything is made from scratch including their breads and pastas. This is one of my favorite places for date night. I’m not sure if I get more excited for the always great service, atmosphere, or the worldly wine list. The funghi flatbread is one of my favorites!

Best All Around

Tavern West - 311 West Main Street, Frisco

Located on the West end of Frisco Main Street. Tavern West offer’s great views and year round indoor and outdoor dining. Tavern West prides themself in cooking only the best farm-fresh ingredients in a comfortable upscale mountain environment. Their wedge salad with house smoked pork belly and double bone in pork chop are some of my favorites. If you’re looking for a before dinner snack or beverage, then look no further, Tavern West also offers a daily happy hour from 4-6p in their bar area with drink specials, a la carte sandwiches and sliders, and $2 off all other appetizers. Also a great place for date night!

Best Italian

Greco’s Pastaria - 311 East Main Street, Frisco

Your traditional tasty Italian American restaurant where dinner entrees come complete with fresh baked bread and a side salad. Greco’s menu is rounded off with several dinner sized salads where you can add your protein of choice, a full pizza menu, Italian desserts, and a kid’s menu that is sure to please even the pickiest eater. Gluten free pizza crust and pasta also available!

Summit Thai - 842 N Summit Blvd #19, Frisco

Frisco's newest restaurant is all the locals here can talk about. Serving up fresh made to order authentic Thai dishes in a clean casual environment. Their full menu offers appetizers, soups and salads, wok tossed dishes, curries, noodle and rice dishes as well as rotating monthly specials.

Best Colorado Cuisine

Silverheels - 603 East Main Street, Frisco

A Summit County staple since 1988, Silverheels offers a wide variety of food that focuses on Colorado cuisine. This is a great place to order a plated steak dinner and an even better place (if you ask me) to get yourself a dose of cold water rocky mountain trout, served up in a few different ways. Looking for something on the lighter side? No problem! Their lighter fare menu offers a great selection of salads, soups, sandwiches, pitas, rice and noodle bowls, and tacos.

Best Sports Bar

Ollie’s Pub and Grub - 620 East Main Street, Frisco

Ollie’s, known for their burgers, wings, and homemade chicken tenders! With 2 locations, one on Frisco Main Street and the other located in a remodeled dredge boat in downtown Breckenridge, a visit to Ollie’s to watch your favorite sports team on TV or grab a simple “American” bite to eat won’t disappoint. A local’s favorite.

Best Pizza Joint

Peppino's Pizza & Subs - 610 East Main Street, Frisco

Sometimes the best dinner calls for a simple yet delicious slice of pie. Well you’re in luck, Peppino's is quite possibly my favorite pizza available across all of Summit County and it’s located right here on Frisco Main Street! The crust is crispy, yet has this bounce to it that makes it irresistible and hard not to love. Available topped to your liking by the slice, in 10” 14” or 18”. If you’re feeling adventurous try one of their house specialty topping combos. My personal favorite is called the Med Head. More than just a pizza place, Peppino's also offers delicious salads, baked pastas, and a wide array of sandwiches. Dine in or take out available.
