Keystone
As the seasons change so does Keystone's World Class offerings! Keystone Resort is home to world class skiing and snowboarding in the winter and golf in summer!
Keystone Resort is comprised of 3 village areas:
Keystone's main village is called River Run. Here you will find condos, shops, restaurants, and some ski in ski out accommodations. River Run is also where the vast majority of events are hosted.
Keystone Resort's other mountain area known as Mountain House. Mountain House is a bit more low key compared to River Run, but offers lift service a few steps away from it's many condo complexes, and a free shuttle service to and from River Run and throughout Keystone.
Lakeside Village is a third village area located in Keystone. This village is not at the base of the ski areas, but instead surrounds Keystone Lake. Ice skate on 5 acres of smooth Zambonied ice in the winter months or rent a peddle boat, SUP, or kayak in summer. And let's not forget about the Keystone Conference Center. Adjacent to lakeside Village and only a couple of miles from River Run Village this facility attracts conference groups from around the world.
Keystone also has a neighborhood area called The Keystone Ranch. "The Ranch" is comprised of single family homes, located on lots with mature conifer trees. The streets here wrap around the boundaries of the National Forest. People describe this neighborhood as quiet and peaceful probably because most homes are not primary residence but instead vacation or second homes many of which have direct access to forest trails suited for hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing.

THINGS TO DO
Keystone Resort is home to world class skiing and snowboarding on Keystone's 3 peaks, Dercum Mountain, North Peak, and "The Outback" located on Wapiti Peak. Is wide open bowl skiing more your thing? Look no further! Take a lap down North or South Bowl or make some powder turns down Independence, Bergman, or Erickson Bowl which are all now much more accessible through Keystone's recent expansion project! Looking to do something a little more cardio focused? Visit the Keystone Nordic Center for both cross country skiing and snowshoeing opportunities and rentals! Families love Keystone's giant snow fort and magic carpet serviced mountain top snow tubing hill! Things don't slow down in the summer. Keystone boasts two world class golf courses, Keystone Ranch, and The River Course, a downhill mountain bike park, summer snow tubing, trail rides at Keystone Stables, a variety of self propelled boat rentals at Keystone Lake, outdoor tennis courts and clinics, and easy access to some of my favorite local forest service trails for hiking, mountain biking, dirt biking, hunting, and more! Want to spend the day indoors? Relax with a massage at Keystone Lodge and Spa or take a tennis lesson at the Keystone Tennis Center!
